KETO WHIPPED CAULIFLOWER

If there is one staple to have in your Keto repertoire, whipped cauliflower has got to be it. It's easy to make and the most delicious food since, uh, mashed potatoes.
|Serving Size||3/4 cups|
|Nutrition Per Serving|
1 Head of califlower
1 Package of cream cheese, or one small tub flavoured full-fat cream cheese
- Boil the cauliflower until it's completely cooked
- Drain the water
- Combine the cauliflower with the cream cheese in a food processor.
- Salt and pepper to taste
Note: There is no need to fancy this up as it also serves as the filling for the perogies.
